Around 6.30 PM after visiting the library I walked down Korsgade when a car drove by and someone (less than 10 meters away from me) was gunned down. The irony about all this is that I was just dreaming: how the Danish had no clue about what it it means to live and deal with immigrants etc. How mistaken I was, taking this whole oh so peaceful bourgeois appearance of CPH for granted. How naive not to look beneath the oh so tasteful appearance of it all. I feel sorry for all the honest, kind people who live in Norrebro who try to lead a life there and try to raise their childeren there. I wish them all the luck and courage.
